Tuition Costs (Sydney Catholic Schools – SCS)
These fees are charged by SCS and are standard across the Systemic Catholic Schools in the Sydney Archdiocese. The annual fees per year are reported in the College Fees Structure schedule as well as a sibling reduction for the second and third child attending Catholic Systemic Schools. If you have four or more children attending Catholic Systemic Schools, the forth and subsequent children are not charged any system fees.
School Building Levy
Over recent years, many schools have undertaken major building projects to provide for refurbished or new facilities. Increasingly, the funds to finance these major capital projects have been raised by the establishment of a Building Levy. The levies are an equitable way of ensuring that the debts that have been incurred can be serviced and that provision is made for meeting future needs. the levy is $469 per family for the 2017 school year.
The levy applies across the Archdiocese. For families with children attending more than one Archdiocesan school, the levy costs will be evenly distributed between the schools attended.
School Based Charges
In Year 7 – 10 students are provided with their textbooks and resources for all their courses. This fee also covers administration costs. Year 11 -12 resource fees cover the cost to run the subjects at the College.

This amount is for the technology use throughout the College including Internet access and software and maintenance of these on a daily basis over each KLA area.
This fee covers all Thursday Sporting costs together with the SCC Sports and the Swimming and Sports carnival entry fees.
These are charged separately.
Year 12 students have devices purchased via a three year hire arrangement and will be billed the annual charges accordingly.
The hires for 2018 and outstanding hires for prior years are to be paid prior to August 2018 to enable the student to complete the required school exit process.
Year 11 and 12 Excursions are part of their HSC studies and therefore they are charged as they happen.
Hospitality Uniform (** $81) students purchase this in Year 11 together with the
Tool Hire Kit Hire ($53) is mandatory for the Hospitality Course.
First Aid Course is also compulsory for students doing PD/H/PE in Yr 11 at a cost of $103.
Please note that parents can pay their account by Bpay, Centrepay, Direct Debit and Eftpos on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Many families have found this to be a great advantage.
